If someone is arrested because they have excercised their right to free speech in the way of an e-mail , then this action alone (as risky as it is ) would highlight to the free world that this regime doesn't respect the law or human rights . It's at that point , that more can be achieved . Someone or some group , has to be brave enough to take a stand .
